Not Cruising the Web

Sorry, but I won't get to blogging today since I'm at a workshop on Religious Freedom in Washington, D.C. and just won't have time. Enjoy your weekend.

SAY WHAT! (We miss Betsy, but The Resistance never takes a day off)

"But he (Trump) is nonetheless clearly impaired, gravely deficient somewhere at the intersection of reason and judgment and conscience and self-control. Pointing this out is wearying and repetitive, but still it must be pointed out....This president should not be the president, and the sooner he is not, the better."

"Boy Scouts Chief Apologizes For Donald Trump’s Politically Charged Speech"
“We sincerely regret that politics were inserted into the Scouting program,” he wrote.

Despite promising not to veer off into politics, our sanity-challenged president* couldn't control himself and couldn't keep his word.

Mardony,

"Resist we much. We must and we will much about that be committed."

If only you had Al Sharpton's eloquence and clarity of thought, you could lead this resistance.

Al Sharpton Suffers Teleprompter Fail; Conservatives Point And Laugh

The Obamacare repeal is dead (for now). He's losing the trust of many in his cult. He has no major legislative accomplishments. What happened to the art of the deal? His presidency is circling the drain. So his desperate sycophants can only mock an Afro-American and worship Scaramucci's coke rants. Sad. That's all they have.

I cannot speak for "desperate sycophants" or a "cult" but speaking of sycophants and cults, do you still dress up in one of her trademark pantsuits? Whatever it takes for you, but I'm rather happy that anyone but Hillary is in the WH and that Gorsuch is on the bench. I'm also digging the majorities in the House and Senate and the 33 legislatures and 32 governorships the Dems DO NOT have.

I can tell when you're struggling - even though hate and anger sustain you - it's still pretty obvious that you're just as unraveled as ever over the loss of the 2016 election and not a step closer in figuring out what to do about it in 2020. Lately you've been cutting and pasting - going through the motions - without offering anything of your own. You're too tired. You don't have any ideas but as long as you can regurgitate, you think you're still in the game somehow. Resist. You much...we commit....so tired....

You try to soothe the hurt and disbelief with this whole "resistance" thing and it's so unhinged, as are you, that you cannot see what it's doing to the party faithful, party luminaries, and associated lunatics (baseball practice assassination attempt/Oregon train slasher/etc). Kathy Griffen's Trump beheading, Shakespeare in the Park's Julius Caesar's violent adaptation of Trump's assassination by political rivals and now the left's Flabio, Michael Moore, is calling for some sort of citizen army to "swarm" Trump. Whatever that will be we do know what these so-called "Antifa" thugs are about and it is just another sad chapter in the violent history of the Democrats and the left from John Wilkes Booth and Nathan Bedford Forrest to Lee Harvey Oswald and Weatherman Bill Ayers. It remains to be seen if Kathy Griffen will take a plunge from a theater balcony, but I'd by tickets for that show. Or if Michael Moore will need to sew together more than two California King white sheets to reenact a midnight ride by the Dem founding father of the KKK but I pity the horse.

But as a Dem of the most leftist sub-species, you've always got the race card, thread-worn and tattered, ready to play when you draw a blank. We see that in your limp post attempting to defend the "resistance". Either you threw the card and hit your own foot or I'm supposed to believe that you, a "journo", are OK with the garbled non-sense emitted from the likes of Sharpton. More likely you hold him to a lower standard than you do for white race-baiters. (Of course you do! You're a racist yourself)

Resist...we much...commit...about that. (It's your covfefe, embrace it!)

When you get comfortable with that, you can get back to the business of figuring out how you're going to attract all of those white, deplorable, blue collar, redneck, fly-over hillbillies back to the party because they got tired of the corruption, socialist BS, and destructive anti-Americanism of the Clintons, Sanders, and Obamas. Good luck with that!

I know! Right? The image of Kathy Griffen doing a swan dive off of a theater balcony cracks me up too.

I wouldn't want to see her get hurt though so we'd need to have her land on something soft...like a big airbag. Enter Michael Moore. He could paint a target on the king sized sheet covering his backside and Kathy could aim for that - hard to miss. I imagine the sound of her impact would be akin to a sack of onions hitting an enormous blivet of congealed chicken fat. Chuckle!

Aren't you supposed to be at a march or a rally today? Don't tell me your pink pussy hat is at the cleaners! Resist...we much...commit.

Not working for you? Maybe you were remotely diagnosed. You should read Betsy's post for 31 July about a recent decision by the APA. Are you a victim? If you have a phone, you have a lawyer! (I think that's how it goes)
