Still delusional

John Kerry is dropping hints that he may still decide to jump into the campaign for 2008 or perhaps later some time. Whatever.

While out interviewing for the book that he and his wife have written about the environment, he let us know that he's leaving the door open.
Afterwards, while answering a question from a viewer on the program YOUR SHOW about why he chose not to run, Kerry said he had decided it wasn't the right time.

"Could that change?" Kerry said. "It might. It may change over years. It may change over months. I can't tell you, but I've said very clearly I don't consider myself out of it forever."
Republicans should be this lucky, but don't hold your breath. That bus has left the station and Kerry was not on it. Perhaps, he's just dropping such hints to keep the media still interested in him. Newt Gingrich has been doing this for years. I don't think that Gingrich has a hope of getting the nomination - too much baggage, but at least he has a certain appeal within his own party. Kerry has few supporters even in his own party.
