Michelle Malkin interviews Mark Steyn about his book, America Alone, and it's a fascinating, yet rather depressing interview. Check out Part One and Part Two. Steyn combines his witty humor with his observations of how the West's tolerance for diversity has left it open to mass immigration from radical Islamicists who have no intention of assimilating to their new homes. As European countries face a demographic challenge, they have encouraged these new immigrants for economic reasons and are now finding themselves facing all the problems of having a growing minority who despises their traditional European culture. Steyn is his usual inimitable self in his ability to weave together humorous pop culture references with dire cultural and demographic observations.
