Of course, this is a complete switch from when Ginsburg was before the committee. Then, her ten years on the bench meant that she didn't have to answer questions on her personal views.

So, you got that? Republican nominees have to answer questions because they may or may not have been on the bench for a long time. Democrats - not so important.
