Joseph Bottums has an expose of how Laurence Tribe has basically plagiarized Henry Abraham's 1974 Justices and Presidents in Tribe's own God Save This Honorable Court . Bottums uses the term "plagiaphrase" to describe what Tribe did. I am going to use these examples to help my kids see what plagiarism is. This is something they commonly do and don't realize is a problem.

This another black eye for Harvard scholars. Recently, Charles Ogletree had to admit that his book lifted a couple of pages from another author. He blamed it on his research assistants. The ugly truth is that RA's are doing most of the work for some of these noted scholars.
