There keep appearing these articles about how Blacks are not fired up about Kerry. Of course, they're going to go for him overwhelmingly in November. The leaders are just leaking this stuff so they can get something more from him. However, if African Americans aren't fired up, and don't turn out, it could be a real blow. And Bush doesn't have to do much to improve on the miserable showing he had in 2000. Like with the Jewish votes, if he can just get a few percentage more in certain states, that would be enough to shift the vote in close states.
