The Washington Post looks at the problems Kerry is in finding a way to gain traction on Bush concerning Iraq. Since the President has endorsed the efforts of the UN in setting up elections, that has removed one of Kerry's main line of attacks. Now, he's reduced to asking for a UN High Commissioner to fun Iraq. Silly idea.
