Attention Lawyers out there: I have a question for you, if someone would e-mail me the answer. My AP Government class was discussing the judiciary and how in case of a tie vote, the decision of the lower court will stand. And one bright student asked what would happen in a case that the Court took through original jurisdiction in case of a tie. Could one of you smart people out there let me know what should happen in that instance. Thanks.
