I think I was one of the only witnesses to the low point for Lieberman on Election Day. He was marching through the lobby of the Manchester Holiday Inn with the bright lights and chaotic scene of a television crew surrounding him. He didn't seem particularly interested in doing the interview. As they approached I noticed the familiar logo of Al Jazeera on the microphone. The network didn't ask him about the Middle East or terrorism. "What if you place less than third today?" the correspondent barked. Al Jazeera wanted to know if he would drop out of the race.
